Does anyone else feel like we'll be awfully lucky if nobody else comes in and steals this recruit from us before signing day?

Some sites have him listed at 6'2" and 190 lbs... and runs a sub 4.5 40. Unless he can catch a football at all, I'm thinking a LOT of teams are going to be banging down his door.

Sounds like Texas Tech and a couple other Big 12 teams are showing some strong interest already. I just hope he keeps his word to Rhoads and is "all in".

I think this kid could be a real steal for us.

I was thinking the same thing. He's got great size and if those times are legit, then damn, we got a hell of an athlete. Lets hope he can catch.

I agree, the size and athleticism appear to be there. I think there will be some other suitors for this young man before his senior season is all said and done especially since lots of schools will be looking at their other 2 WR's and their QB depsite early commitments.

Pretty cool to see this kid commit with the apparent strengths he has in the run game.

From what I saw, ASU was seriously looking at him and Auburn & Alabama had shown a bit of interest as well. I think he might be a diamond in the ruff for us. I agree, we need to hold on to him.

Sounds like at least TT will offer, so yes. We need to get the kid on campus.

Yes, I think he looks like a very nice recruit and I hope we hold on to him. I like the size and speed combo, and he's played at a high level in Texas.

I read it on rivals. Per his coach "He ran a 4.39 and 4.42 (in the 40-yard dash) at UTEP's camp, so he has good speed"
