That's very good size for a wideout. 4.65 is not fantastic, but in a WR size, bulk, and technique can overcome a lack of speed.

If CPR offered him that early I'm fine with it. Hopefully we can get some decent prospects early in the year and then be able to close on some really sought after prospects at the end of the period.

He's got plenty of speed. He gets behind the CBs quite a bit, and rather easily. He'll never be confused with a burner, but he's got enough speed to be a WR that you offer this early. I'd say he's a WR all the way.

Edit: I see Scout said he also plays DE in High school. He would be a great athlete for DE if we wanted that.

Agreed, just thought he would have an advantage at tightend given his size and WR ability.
Especially when scout lists one of his strengths as blocking. If he switched to TE, I would think he'd play similar to Franklin.
