Here it is. It seems the internet does not like Corey's new mask; I kind of agree with the internet.Slipknot is supposed to be on Jimmy Kimmel tonight

With a mix of Marilyn Manson black makeup.Corey looks like Heath Ledger's joker.
I was thinking more like Tom Cruise's mask in Vanilla SkyWith a mix of Marilyn Manson black makeup.
So anyway. Slipknot, unless they have a song named Johnson on the new album is what we are talking about.
Anyone else going to the Fair to watch them?
Looks like the tickets are sold out, so StubHub it is. I've never been to a show at the fair, are there bad seats? Don't think I'll be in the pit for this one![]()
It’s a prwtty good venue . It’s so open there is not really a bad spot.
Good to know. Does the overhang over the grandstand create bad sound or is it okay?
Yeah I saw that. Just awful

Let me reminisce real quick...
My first concert was Mancow's Lazer Luau 2 in Ankeny. The set list was and still is fantastic:
Deadfront
Dope
Fear Factory
Loudmouth
Machine Head
Megadeth
Orgy
Painface
Slipknot
Static-X
What I remember the most, was there was a wrestling ring set-up away from the stages and people were mixing it pretty good. Anyway, this group of dudes wearing orange jump suits and masks...

...got up there at one point and started screwing around. I had previously seen them out walking around the with everyone else in the crowd, so I didn't think much of it really. Well, I thought best to keep my distance because "why tf were these dudes all dressed like this walking around"? I was only 16 at the time and hadn't been exposed to this type of "weirdo" before. Fast forward several hours and the dudes in orange jumpsuits were on stage because they were Slipknot. Pretty amazing experience.

Holy cow, that lineup.........
Oh man! FF would have been really cool. I saw Static-X at Toad Holler in 2000ish after they released Machine. One of the best shows I've ever seen. I bet that show was a blast. At the time, all I really cared about was Orgy, FF, Megadeth, Slipknot and Static X. I didn't even get to see Static X because they were on the second stage and their set was over before I realized it even started.

Another song released. Definitely heavier than 'Unsainted' (which grew on me a lot)
