What if it is a black stencil I State logo and black facemask with black jersey and white pants?
Looks to me like a strong hint that they're changing the facemasks. Guessing we'll see the cardinal facemasks with white helmets, cardinal tops and pants.
You could be on to something here. They're are definitely changing the face masks.
I wouldn't be entirely shocked if it might be the Orrnado. Did anybody else get the email from the ISU Bookstore promoting the hoodie w/ the Orrnado on it over the past couple days?
I know they've sold a few of the "vintage" logo items, but I hadn't seen them actually promote one as their premier item in an email campaign.
No such thing as an Orrnado. Johnny hated that twister thing. Criner brought it to ISU. Like it or not- it is his.

Agree. Also, I never construed "Orr-nado" as meaning it was directly connected to Johnny, just that the logo was used during his early years at ISU. "Orr-nado" is just a catchy way to reference that era. "Criner-nado" doesn't have a good ring to it.
Zero chance Buggle logo ever returns.. ever.

Speculation of white helmet with stencil black logo, black jersey, white pants ... that could work as an "alternate to the alternate" all-black -- as long as we don't overkill the black/gray/white combo set at the expense of some good cardinal/gold/white sets we already have.
