Not a bad addition at this point. I bet he's as talented as Barnes.
He may be better than Marcus Brister, Clayton Vette, Clint Mann, Dominique Buckley, or Dodie Dunson.

Hold on a minute!
What happened between the end of the State Tourney and now that all of the sudden he is walk-on worthy? When I suggested he could fill a Jake Sullivan-type role at ISU as a shooter that was maybe a little better at creating his own shot, I was ripped and Kody was ripped even worse!

Greg Mcdermott got him to walk on. You were giving him a Scholly.
He is just walking on. This kid will barely see the court even if he stays till he is a senior.
For what it is worth, Jeff Hornacek was a walk-on. Turned out pretty well in our favor.
Ha! I guess you are right about that. You are joking right? McD has had to rely on walk-ons while at ISU because he can't keep his scholarship players.
Can really shoot it...Barnes moves better and has better range.
Actually, IIRC, Horny was a "preferred" walk on, and Orr promised him that he'd be on scholarship by his second year in the program.
And as far as comparing a walk-on today to Jeff Hornacek: I think that its only a fair comparison if we convince Orr & Hallihan to come back & mentor the kid. GMac hasn't exactly proven that he's good at retention or development.
But that's not really appropriate for today: Thanks for chosing ISU. I really hope that everything works out great for you here.
I promise you Ingle is more consistent from there.
Barnes... Or is it 6'6? Either way.
