Newbies to Hilton

Gang--bringing a couple newbies over to Hilton tomorrow night. Working on converting them over from the dark side...that being Iowa. (And there are signs that they're buying in!) I've talked a really big talk the past few weeks and I have no doubt that the place will be rockin.

A simple plea...please disregard what the weatherman says for tomorrow and instead show up in force!!!!!

Nope...been working on a couple of them for a few years and just Finally seeing some change. They are still Hawk fans, make no bones about it. But, admitting you have a problem is the first step. And getting them to Hilton is a good first step if I do say so myself!!

Its too late for them! They can stay Hock fans! The bandwagon is FULL! No vacancy for Hock fans.

I have converted a few succesfully. They start liking both. Let me let you in on a little secret though, their are thousands of Hawk football fans that are closet Cyclone basketball fans. Hell even Jon Miller said he always liked the clones in Basketball.

I honestly think Miller is unbiased to both schools. He just has such polarizing opinions that we tend to remember when its negative to ISU.

I don't know a single person that "Cheers for the Cyclones when they play the Hawkeyes but wants Iowa to win all their other games." Yet I hear that all the time from Hawkeye fans.

We've converted my dad, a lifelong Husker fan born in Omaha over to the good guys. And this was in the same conference.

It can be done! This is Hilton! (said with a 300 voice)
