Have a friend that is a State Trooper and he pulled over a guy that was visually impaired. Did breathalyzer and blew 0.0. Started asking questions and could not figure out how he was so impaired. long story short they got him back to the police station and he finally admitted he used a beer bong and gave himself a alcohol enema. He had multiple DUIs and tried to beat the system

I think at that point you need to take a long hard look in the mirror about your life choices

It was all BS from the start. The stupid human tricks are a terrible way to really know, They merely act as a way to provide the officer some discretion, which they likely only use when the suspect is rich or famous. Otherwise its license to make **** up as the fat ass useless cop did here.
yep. The whole "you were shuffling your papers" or whatever when asked to get his registration...lol...most the time my glove box has a few service records, registration (maybe an old one, too), etc...i'd do the exact same...and that was what this crappy officer used first to really try to make it all stick.

Shocked that Steve O never tried this.

**** man that video pisses me off. Being a Newton resident (even though I live in the country) I feel like going to a council meeting now and raising hell about this TOOL of a cop.

On a side note I love this kid, he knows he didn't do anything wrong and is a smartass to the DB cop.

Yeah, i loved the kids confidence....but also as I watched was pissed because you could see how quickly someone could get frustrated/angry and then the cop would be like "i'm noting your aggression" which become a night stick quick

If you remember, he also said it was his grandpas car, IIRC when he was shuffling the papers. He said it was his at first but when the reg was looked for or found, it was his grandpas.

Yall need to watch the last like 4 minutes of the video. Kid literally gives him a pep talk and asks for an apology. Kid tells him he needs to do better. Start at 21:25.

Kid - Is this your first false accusation?
Officer - No, I've been wrong many times.

Kid - I deserve an aology
Officer - I, uh, guess I'm sorry.

Haha I did not see that ending coming.
Yeah, basically the cop admitted to "hoping a charge sticks once and awhile" approach

Take your outrage somewhere else, please. This is CycloneFanatic not WokeFanatic.
That's a funny claim. This is an issue that crosses over party lines. People that identify as 'sovereign citizens' usually are far right on the political spectrum; not knowing much about this particular youtube channel, I get the impression it is aimed towards that demographic more than the 'woke' demographic.

I wouldn't think that could beat a breathalyzer. I thought it measured the amount of alcohol in your blood that was transferred to your lungs through diffusion when you exhale, not the amount of alcohol in your stomach.

I thought he said it was his but he got it from his grandpa. My college car was a similar deal, it was mine, but it was my grandpas before and he gave it to me for High School graduation.

Police departments need to be professionalized, require licenses and 2 years of school/training. Des Moines is paying $73k a year to start. That's a great salary for a job that doesn't require more than several months of training.

I guess I assumed new police do ride alongs with established officers after the academy for training?
