Next Five Games

I said I weeks ago, and now the Kenpom projections agree with me: first loss is Jan 29 in Lawrence.

To follow-up with KenPom's projections and percentages that Bawbie mentioned, and since you have to subscribe to KenPom.com to see winning percentages, etc., here are the likelihood numbers of our chances of winning the next games;

1) N. Illinois - 98%
2)@ Texas Tech - 75%
3)Baylor - 76%
4)@ Oklahoma - 56%
5)Kansas - 56%

I can see us losing at Oklahoma being more likely than losing to Kansas in Hilton, and losing in Norman wouldn't be a horrible loss, the way losing at Texas Tech was last season. So far KenPom has been pretty spot on for us this season. As an FYI, the site has us finishing 24-6, 12-6 in conference.

Not losing in Hilton.

@ Oklahoma is the one that concerns me the most, but we can win it.

this. I know they lost alot but we have always struggled in the state of OK.

If we can make it to Feb 4th with only 3 losses, I will be very happy! That's a tough, tough stretch for us.

Fortunately, the next Month is a lot easier. I say we don't lose the rest of the regular season after Feb 3rd.
