Best of luck to him... Will be a nice change of pace to get a different person covering the Big 12 with ESPN but at the same time Im not exactly optimistic that the next guy will be any more favorable to ISU than Ubbs was. Hopefully the next writer will offer a wider perspective than just the typical "power houses" of the Big 12. In all fairness though if your Ubben and trying to write an article that will draw readers attention your probably not going to get a lot of attention on an article based solely on how great ISU is outside of the ISU fan base. Hopefully all that will be changing with the direction that our athletics and university is heading. I mean we even had Barkley on our side a couple times on national television last season... its a start.
