I also think Bill probably recognizes he doesn't need to call timeouts to yell and scream at this team. With Ashley, Lexi, Emily, MEM, Kane, Diew, etc., we have plenty of experience. They know what Bill expects and they know what he's trying to accomplish. There's no sense wasting a timeout you may need later on to coach something they already know.

It's one thing I've always found kind of funny about sports fans. It's always lack of focus, lack of intensity, don't want to win, etc. But sometimes **** just happens. Sometimes your shots don't fall. Sometimes you make a mistake. **** happens.

I agree. BF has said in the past with this team he wants the players to figure out things themselves. He trusts them.

On the start of the third quarter BF said on the coaches show to blame him as he told the team to pound it inside. They tried to do that - but unsuccessfully. Tried to follow his instructions too much.

@CloneSt8 they said on the broadcast that he used the saying "don't let analysis become paralysis" with his players and I think that's what you are seeing him allude to here. Over-coaching is a thing, especially with older players. They are smart and can read the flow of a game, at some point you have to trust them.

If this team plans to make it past the Sweet 16 they need to learn how to put their foot on people’s throat. They play with no tenacity. Our two time All-American F Joens got owned by their F Siegrist most of the game (which is how you end up with 32 and 12). Siegrist played the entire 40 min for them too. After awhile wouldn’t you take it personal?!?! I know CBF has forgotten more about coaching than I ever will know but I would love to see him get after people. I was waiting for it during the atomic meltdown against UNC out in Oregon. Nothing. Tonight? Nothing. Light a fire, Bill!!!

With how good she shoots free throws why does she take it under the basket so much? Then turns it over a lot! She needs to shoot her jumper from the free throw line or feed it in to Soares!
