There are literally 125 people at this Washington state game. Both teams, AZ State being the other, would beat us this year. What did we,as fans, do to deserve this basketball hell?

The woman wanted to **** Kobe...until she didn’t.

I know it’s a faux paux but we have to develop a culture where we can deal with these things:

We don’t have either. There are 2-3 players in our 8 man rotation that would see the floor for an NCAA Tournament type team. It is nothing short of remarkable how poorly conceived this roster is.
I feel like its really bad when we can identify more than 1 player in the rotation who brings absolutely nothing to the table. We have 3 players who do that every game, sometimes more on bad days, and two of them are starters. This team is a mess

Well the fans showed up initially and were hoping to have something to cheer about, stayed with it till the team collapsed. I doubt there was 5-6000 fans left at the end. Made it easy to find the car afterwards I guess.

Interested and kinda worried about what prohm does with a front court of foster, solo, and conditt. Solo is my favorite player on the roster but maybe he should try to grad transfer, I really don’t see him getting the Jacobson treatment even though he will be a senior, prohm hasn’t even attempted playing two bigs with conditt and solo and Someone’s going to get the shaft and I feel like prohm promised foster would start, finish out his career back west maybe.

What's the answer? Steal Hoiberg back from Nebraska? I don't know who else we'd get.

JP, i assume, will either try to get TJ back, or pay for some mid major coach that he can get on the cheap and hope for the best.

I did hear Hoiberg on KXNO the other day, clearly that means hes open to coming back!

So, if Haliburton were to return (I know he's 99% not), would this team be better based only on the two seniors leaving? Or would Prohm still put them in the starting lineup even if they weren't on the team any longer?

The only thing that I can come up as to why Nixon and Jacobsen are starting is that Prohm must have used a sharpie on the white board listing the lineup and he doesn't want to admit it. Otherwise, I've got no idea.

Nope. Just high moral character. That must be what we do in practice because it's clearly not running plays, shooting, defense, or rebounding.
Well the good news is he’s not playing Lewis because he’s teaching him how to compete outside of the gym. I’m so ready for Prohm to be done.

That team ended up winning 12 games and 5 conference wins. Not sure this team achieves that, but so far they are slightly ahead.

It's going to be riveting stuff to see who comes out on top.

The 01-02 team at least was following two of the best overall seasons ever and was basically starting over.

I doubt Larry would have repeated the same two seasons later (03-04), like ISU is doing now.

There is a better chance of Bowen Born playing at Iowa State next season than there is of Fred Hoiberg ever coaching here again.

People...Fred Hoiberg is not going to be our coach again! Please! Stop the silliness!

Well, a bag of rocks would be better than what we currently have so I can’t blame people for wanting something better.

I mean I’d like to agree with this because I don’t think firing prohm is the solution. But of course he didn’t. He said that because they needed him to say that.
