I would rather go for the tie then the win, considering we were hot as hell in the paint, especially Georges. Even if we hit the 3 to take the lead they owuld've had ~10 seconds to score for the win, so there was no real point IMO.

Honestly, I'm not really that upset. I thought we played well overall on the road against the #3 ranked team. It sucks that Monte had that turnover, but stuff like that will happen every now and then. Life on the road in the big 12 is tough

Big miss by Georges on one and one down the stretch. Of course they got hot from 3 at the end be also.

Monte turnover and Woodard hitting that shot really hurt.

Not like that was a bad shot for Monte but there's no way Georges should not be shooting it on that possession

Pretty sure he was getting doubled, which is why Monte was in the gym by himself on that play.

I'm not sad about this loss. We stuck with Oklahoma who might be the best in the country. They definitely have the best player in the country in Hield. We'll be back.

No kidding - they're an elite (for college) offensive team. Hield coming into the game was shooting over 50% from 3 which is...very, very good.

Point is, no matter how well everyone thinks we played, we lost. Elite teams (which I thought we wanted to be) win these.
