1) Hated having to do it, but I'm sure glad I broke down and subscribed to espn+ before the TTech game.
2) Great game!
3) Officiating was fine, except the egregious missed traveling call. I didn't realize no fouls were called on KU for the final 14 minutes, but I think the fact I didn't notice indicates there weren't many to call.
4) Kansas is really good, but not deep. Self is obviously a great coach. Just as obviously, TJ is a very good coach.
5) I didn't mind Osun's 3. In the flow, wide open, and he was playing really well.
6) Every time KU made a big play and the crowd really got into it, a Cyclone responded and quieted them. That was awesome to see!
7) Great game! (Bounce right back by getting Texas.)
It was great to see Osun play so well - his best game yet!

And it's not like we have the most offensively talented roster. I would say the staff is doing about as good of a job as you can expect with the limitations of the players.
I think we're starting to see that this roster has a lot more talent than many fans believe.

The shooting improvement is due in no small part to the fact we now have guys on the front line who are threats to score.

Last season we really didn't, so teams could cheat on our perimeter guys who then wouldn't get good looks.

This and Lipsey's finding guys in their "spots" has led to much better shooting.

Honestly, I don't know how anyone could watch Gabe's Texas Tech performance and claim he's not talented. That was one of the most complete performances by any player in college hoops this year.

Right now with a bit of depth and more defined roles someone like Gabe might just be able to have to do less so scoring comes easier.

Had Bob a softer touch this isn't said. He attacked the basket plenty.
Yes we got bad Bob, the one that tries to create and instead creates a DeFacto turnover. Shoon's foul trouble cost the game, Kansas couldn't stop him inside. Should have gone to him even more. Hopefully in Ames that lesson is learned.
