So i just realized that if you watch the Okst fan 3 in from the top left (in the black sweatshirt) it almost looks like his head just disappears when the ball goes in.

I googled to find a good "back and to the left" gif that fit, but this came up.

I decided to post it anyway just cuz

The first time I saw this I thought the hat flying was the ball that had just exploded. It's still pretty funny how far his hat goes. That kid needed a little header practice anyway.

Sweet picture and idea, but the American flag just seems odd, given the title.

Holy Jeebus. If Fox catches wind of this, the next thing you know Chris Williams is gonna be interviewed by Bill O'Reilly. "So explain to me what caused Iowa State fans to decide it would be cool to disrespect the American flag?" will be O'Reilly's opening question.

Kind of like sweaty American athletes wearing it like a robe? I've never gotten how it suddenly became okay to wear it if you won a medal. Parade around with it, sure; but don't wrap yourself in it.

I assume the team realizes the importance of raining on Forte and Nash's parade one last time.

I am sure the team is well aware...
Forte/Nash is the Cowboy offense and they will get their numbers just due to pure volume of touches. Key, in my eyes, is contesting their shots, rebound the misses and not allowing anyone else (Hickey?) to get hot and give them a third scoring option for the game.

In Ames when Mckay had to guard Nash, Nash ate him up. In fact Nash was pretty quiet until mcKay had to guard him then he woke up.

I remember it differently. I thought Hogue guarded him most of the game and then they put McKay on Nash at the end and his length bothered him. I could be wrong though.

ISU has won the last 4 meetings by 18 points total.
ISU has won the last 3 meetings by 7 points total and 4 overtimes.

Five in a row would be amazing. Let's do this!
