I could be wrong about this, but I'm pretty sure if Stephen f Austin loses there will be no teams from Texas in the tourny. Pretty crazy.

.

Lunardi may be the most popular, but Patrick Stevens of USA TODAY is also very good and has a better track record than Lunardi.
A lot of guys do, look at the bracket project rankings, lunardi is only one spot above palm. But got 67/68 right last year.

When these Bracketologoists tout being 67/68, I'm not that impressed because about 63 or 64 of them are easy with the auto bids and the slam dunk at-larges. Really, it makes them 3/4 or so.

Was hoping Stephen f Austin would pull that out, has to suck to be 27-4 and miss the tourny. Hal Bateman from davenport is fun to watch too.

Wouldn't surprise me. I've gotten a good chuckle many times over the last few weeks every time I've heard "Kentucky" and "bubble" in the same sentence. Really, can a blue blood like UK ever truly be on the bubble?
I have been enjoying this but just wait until next year, ugh. They have a monsterous class coming in. I think they are going to be like last years UK team.

I think Iowa is getting in. Prepare yourself. The media frenzy will be crazy. The local stations might not even follow Iowa State ;)

And for the play-in game, it is Kentucky and Iowa. Palm almost had it right. He had too many letters for Iowa (ISU).

They don't deserve to be in. I don't care if they played in the Big 10, they have 3 good conference wins and a terrible strength of schedule. They aren't even on the radar IMO.
It's to bad because Fran is doing it the right way.:jimlad:
