Of course that was after 5 years of development in college and an offseason specifically devoted to improving his 40 time for his pro day.
True, but my point still stands that there are more 4.4s than we think out there. We just usually don't get them.
My point was there are a lot more 4.4s out there after they graduate from college and go to the draft than out of highschool. Look at pictures of Lenz his SR year and after and compare them to him as a high school senior.
4.36 and this big are very rare. Granted UNI had the fasted guy at a combine. Regardless he has elite speed and size something we need with our line that isn't going to keep holes open all day.
I'm guessing that has more to do with the guys chasing him. And Mensa is also much, much smaller than him.
This kid could be really special. It is amazing how many times defenders seem to be in position to make a tackle or have a good angle, but they don't even get a hand on Warren. Great size and speed.
DE Camrron Bean - Yahoo! Sports was a guy I have been watching closely. I thought he was going to be a Clone, but he will be going the JUCO route instead as a non qualifier. Maybe in a couple years we can get him.
WOW. So much for those people that questioned his speed. On this video, he is running away from quality Texas DB's that actually have the angle on him as well. It's MUCH better competition than what Ames plays I'm afraid.
I hope Ayeni can close the deal with this kid. His video looks better than Mister's IMO.

As much as I like his raw speed, I was impressed with how he utilizes his cuts and reads the play. His skill, size, speed combination is great.
I never understood why people post links to premium/subscription articles from other sites. At least tell us what the article says if you're going to do it.
