Playoffs start tomorrow and there are some good match-ups.

St Louis Blues - Minnesota Wild

Nashville Predators - Chicago Blackhawks

Anaheim Ducks - Winnipeg Jets

Vancouver Canucks - Calgary Flames

Montreal Canadiens - Ottawa Senators

Tampa Bay Lighning - Detroit Redwings

New York Rangers - Pittsburgh Penguins

Washington Capitals - New York Islanders

Go Redwings!

There are some good matchups just based on regional rivalries. Blues-Wild, Canucks-Flames (yes, I know Vancouver and Calgary are far apart, but the Canada matchup is intriguing), Canadiens-Senators, & Rangers-Penguins

Welp, time to start watching hockey again.

Again?! The whole season is great!

TBH I'm a wings fan but don't see them beating TB. Especially with our shaky goaltending. I think it will be TB and the Blues in the final with the Blues winning it.

Stanley Cup time is just so great every year. For me it's a close 2nd to the NCAA tourney for best playoff in all of sports. Just so exciting.

if Patty Dangles is anywhere near 100% in his return to the Blackhawks, look out. I think they make it back to the Finals if Kane can go all month.

That's a big IF for Kane. I worry that he may play timid to protect himself, but I agree. If he plays as normal they can be dangerous.

In all fairness to Kane, he plays pretty timid most of the time when it comes to hitting/being hit.

Hockey - the only sport that I support saying GO blackHAWKS!!

Definitely looking forward to the playoffs! Blackhawks are pretty inconsistent, but have potential to make a run. Going to be a tough road regardless.

Best playoffs in all of pro sports. Hoping the Hawks can pull themselves together.

If you listen to his interview yesterday on blackhawks.com he says he has been taking shots for a couple of days so that he is ready when it comes. The only hit I'm worried about is the exact same as last time...off balance into the boards. If you look at the history of this injury, 7 weeks is actually about the norm if there is no setbacks. Just look at J Zucker, similar age and he came back in the exact same time frame last week and played really well.

So true...but I always put a b before that other word. I just can't say it on its own.

quack quack quack Quack Quack Quack QUACK QUACK QUACK QUACK QUACK!!!!!!

I'd like to add a Go Wild as well. Not sure what their chant would be.

3 unanswered goals for the Blackhawks. I was getting nervous.

Be a pretty wild game. I'm watching the Hawks while the Cubs game is on my radio (BTW, **** blackouts).
Got the same setup. Could be a great night for chicago sports.. Bulls are close to clinching the 3 seed too.
