IMO, ISU is making a real effort in getting more size in the Defensive backfield. Look at our current recruits and commits. Cotton is only 5'8". IMO, the days of the shorter DB's at ISU is coming to an end. Too many big receivers in the Big XII.

If he's good enough to play at Michigan State, he's good enough to play at Iowa State

Just a couple of notes--I see that Waukee's Micchael Jacobson decided that he'd rather play basketball at Nebraska, than accept a scholarship offer to play tight end at Iowa State. Weird.

Even odder, JC running back Chris Carson was scheduled to visit Iowa State this fall--before Devine Ozibo committed. Now Carson is committed to Georgia? Even stranger, considering all of the highly touted backs the Bulldogs have been signing lately.

Would love to see this guy in Cardinal and Gold--especially if those numbers are anywhere near legit!

How is he only a 3 star? Those are 4 star numbers, and the interest from Big 5 conference schools from across the country, based on offers, suggests he should be more thought of by the recruiting services.

I'd guess because he just got stars, period. When I looked at his hometown on the map, it seems to be in one of those "middle of nowhere" areas, away from Tampa and Orlando, so perhaps that has something to do with it.

We are only taking Ozigbo in this class at RB. Small class. I don't believe that we have offered him, even at another position.
