That would be my guess follow Conzo.

If Cal restricts Mizzou, Prohm should reach out. The relationship is there and be a good replacement for D-Jack.
I'm guessing UI and Underwood are all over him, too.

I guess we'd inquire, but hopefully we're full on other guys.

I'm not sure he's coming here with the idea of being a backup to Donovan Jackson.

So Hines tweeted that he (Egor) will visit April 21st. That is the same day as Brown. They couldn't possibly want to take both of them could they? Otherwise that visit situation could be a bit odd.

Yeah, different dudes IMO.

I just don't see us taking a younger guard as a transfer right now and I think McNeil will be a fine replacement for DJ.

It happens. Could apply the question to his fit with Wigginton and McNeill, although I'm guessing we'll inquire.

Moore fits as both McNeill and Wiggington can play the 2 and Prohm has already been recruiting PG for 2018/2019, Prohm was selling Moore on being the replacement for Monte (when it was assumed he go pro early) until D-Jax committed leading to Moore going to Memphis (later CAL after Pastner left). I could see a similar pitch now with D-Jax leaving.

Added twist in the Moore recruitment is he's wants to move closer to home to be closer to his ailing father. He's setting up a case for a medical hardship waver case in order to play next year. Obviously ISU and Mizzou are closer to Chicago than Cal. Not sure it would make a difference that neither is closer than the Illinois/Wisconsin/Indiana schools or matter for the waiver.

I don't disagree, particularly if he gets the waiver, but it's not an easy sell imo. I'm sure we're interested, but Moore is going to have his pick.

Correct me if I'm wrong but Charlie Moore and Ed Morrow were teammates at Simeon in Chicago. Could be a connection there. Moore is a talent for sure. With Wigginton, McNeil and Lewis already coming in as freshman I'm just not sure it makes more sense than a Shayok or Morrow as a sit and play option though.

Edit: Moore played at Morgan Park.

Eh, I'll pass.

If Moore is interested in ISU Prohm should pursue. He averaged 12 points as a frosh in the Pac 12. Not to mention Prohm has already identified him as a good fit for his system and recruited him hard. Granted today Wiggington has signed and the PG/SG of the future so isn't the same priority but, Charlie would still be a big time get for the program. I think they could play together and give a dynamic back court in a year.

Actually he averaged 9 pts for a bad Cal team in the Pac 12. He averaged more in the non con but he is a chucker. Shot 27% from 3 in conference and only like 29% overall in conference. I think Prohm can find a better fit. They recruited him some but I wouldn't say they recruited him hard. He didn't even take a visit here did he?

I think we did hear that the coaching staff really liked him but I guess that is about it. As least with Daryl Edwards, we know William Small's car ran out of gas.

Yeah, I remember a comment from our side that Prohm was really impressed by him on his visit, but not much from Shayok's side. He could just be playing it close to the vest, and I'm fine with that.
