Baylor has 5-6 guys that can shoot, get to the basket and score in the mid-range. Most teams have 2 if you are lucky. One of the best backcourts I can ever remember in college basketball. They can bring Meyer and Flagler off the bench with almost no drop off. Teague is the only senior, too.

If Baylor wins, it will be 71 years between successive Final Four appearances which will be the second longest drought broken all-time.

Oregon - 78 (1939 to 2017)
Baylor - 71 (1950 to 2021)
Wisconsin - 59 (1941 to 2000)
Stanford - 56 (1942 to 1998)
Texas - 56 (1947 to 2003)
Loyola Chicago - 55 (1963 to 2018)
West Virginia - 51 (1959 to 2010)
Wichita State - 48 (1965 to 2013)
Oklahoma State - 44 (1951 to 1995)
Oklahoma - 41 (1947 to 1988)

When Iowa State finally makes it to the Final Four, we will break Oregon's record (unless we do it next year, then we will tie their record)

Looks like Baylor is back in early season form. Tonight's Baylor would give the Zags all they want.

I was just thinking that.

Gonzaga has coasted to wins all year. Mark Few watching this tonight like:

Someone has said Oregon multiple times when referencing Baylor and even Nantz said against Missouri in the Big 12 tournament when he meant SEC. announcers struggling a bit tonight.

Also, maybe it’s just me, but I feel like the refs were even a bit beneficial to Arkansas in that first half.
