Obviously things change from year to year but based off last seasons records Vikes have 5th toughest schedule.Very few gimmes there.
Lets hope so. Still not buying that happens till I hear the Packers officially announce it.Vikings schedule looks better with GB trading away Rodgers
I'm sure it's probably harder than I imagine, but I feel like it'd be easy to avoid a team playing three straight home games, and three separate back to back away matchups. Cincy to Arizona, Baltimore to LA, and San Fran to Detroit are all pretty solid jaunts too

Somebody explain this to me please. The entire NFC did
Unless you meant start out by meaning week 1 and not start out this new Era of 17 games. But the entire NFC got the extra road game this season. It'll flip back and forthSomebody explain this to me please.
I started following the Vikings during his first year as head coach. I was 8 years old. Before that I only knew the NFL by its star players. I had no idea if Jerry Burns was a good coach or bad coach. He was just THE coach as far as I was concerned.Sad news:

Burns, former Vikings coach known for wit, dies
Jerry Burns, the colorful character who took over the Vikings in a time of turmoil and led the team to three playoff berths, has died at age 94.www.espn.com
The Vikings and gimmes are not compatible things anyway.Very few gimmes there.
I'm slightly more optimistic, but I still think 9 wins is the best case scenario.I hope I'm wrong, but I'll go 8-9 or 7-10 for their record this year. If Rodgers stays in GB (which I doubt will happen) i'll say 6 or 7 wins tops.
