The pace on this A&M-Houston game has been kind of insane in the second half. Don’t think that’s the game Houston wants to play, but at least they have been keeping up.

A&M gets the ball and usually just goes pedal to the metal straight into the lane.

Sure we have some angst over the bracket and seeding screw up, but I doubt Otz and the guys are sitting around hoping they get lucky with matchups.

I'm actually kind of impressed Houston has scored 43 with Shead and Cryer 0-8 from 3pt.

And they've held a bucket or two lead most of the time down the stretch there.

Only 4 turnovers for Texas A&M. If A&M could shoot free throws.

They just seem to love the opportunity to get challenged or take something not great and work through it; the KSU loss, SDSU making it weird for a while, WSU making it tough last night.

It's a remarkable group.

Yeah this is 2000 all over again. We could look like the 2nd best team in the nation when this thing is done, but we won't even get a Final Four out of it because we will play a road game against the national champ in the Elite Eight. The committee screwed us hard giving us the lowest 2 seed.

Not this ISU team. We have the team and the coach that WILL get this done. This is the year.
