This isn’t the place for this but that was a weak holding call. Especially in that situation. And I didn’t really care who won.

The first hold or the second hold. Both weak? What if he added a third or fourth? Maybe a good strategy is to just kind of hold a whole bunch of times every play since two weak holds by one defender shouldn't be called.

So Philly gets ball back with two minutes and all their offensive lineman can just hold a little a few times on each play.

Well, the NFL wasn't "lax" on the most crucial 3rd down of the entire season, so, there is nothing you can count on.

Chiefs Win!!!

I don't have any #s to justify, but does the NCAA tourney go a bit like NFL playoffs? Have points of emphasis throughout the year, but get more lax with the whistle come tournament time?
It’s usually the first few games of the season, but then they quickly switch back to their old ways.

You are a gift to CF! Don't ever forget it.

Hardly.

I just don't get the whining about accurate assessments, good or bad. People acted like I had a personal vendetta against Jones when the majority of my posts were simply responses to defenders that brought up (mostly) false anecdotes.

Hilariously when he probably played his best game of the season, which I also pointed out, nobody brings that up. The irony of my 'negative posting' accusers ONLY focusing on the negative of my posts is comical. Nobody wants to mention comments on Jaz's performance, Tre's, or Jones. Instead, it's focus on the comments on backcourt struggles, Gabe and Lipsey turnovers, and (continued) senseless fouls.

I'd get if the statements were inaccurate (sometimes they may be) and that was the rub. But that's rarely, if ever, brought up. Instead it's the rainbow and unicorn crowd crying about how I'm some 'Hawkeye fan' in disguise.

Opinions on a message board? Perish the thought!!!!

Maybe TJ felt the game was playing out fine, but I wish Double O would not have sat so much after his 3rd foul. He finished with only three.

Not going to dig through all the pages but was anything said about why Grill came off the bench and only played 12 minutes? Was it because of how he finished the last game or injury reason or combo of both? He was not very involved at all in the game last night so was wondering if he's now in the dog house?

You have some good opinions and assessments, I'll grant you. You also come across as holier than thou and repetitive.

I would hope that you show some humility toward others when they have differing opinions. After all, you keep telling us that this is a message board and you have every right to state yours. True. Let others do the same, and don't try to speak for them. Your wording of "comical" just adds fuel to the fire.

It's to the point where I skip over what you have to say now. You can't stop regurgitating stuff.

Just to your quote above (one of about a hundred similar): "I don't get the whining". Whose whining but you? "Hilariously when he probably played his best game of the season, which I also pointed out, nobody brings that up." Not true. Many people brought up how well BRE played. You just choose to hear what you want. When you say "hilariously", and "which I also pointed out", you make yourself better than the rest of us. We are all funny, but you are not, because you have the answers.

Then you have the balls to say, "I'd get (it) if the statements were inaccurate (sometimes they may be) and that was the rub". You just can't stop, can you? You are rarely 'inaccurate'? OK, you allowed an occasional misstatement by you. I mean, nobody's perfect, right?

I hope you reflect on what you are doing and how you come off. Others have tried to tell you.. You tend to ignore this advice.

We all are passionate, and love the Cyclones. Don't let your obsessive-compulsive tendencies ruin what you could be. You could be a valuable poster on CF. Right now, I just ignore you.
