This is way worse than any of that. My opinion at least. Only ones that come close are @iowa in 2022 and 2022 Oklahoma State at Hilton.

How is this game worse?

BYU's a pretty good team.

This. I love Otzball against teams like Houston but it doesn’t work against good passing teams who have good shooters. Against BYU you need to play straight up man to man.

Yeah you just have to match up, I have no idea what they were doing.

Maybe you are right, and that was worse. But this game is the closest thing I have felt to the Prohm era since the Prohm era.

He doesn’t do much for the team not sure why Omaha doesn’t at least get some of his minutes, can’t hurt to try that.

Have you watched Omaha at all?

Can you not tell he has no idea what is going on at either end of the floor yet?

He won't improve by getting thrown in a game where he is over his head.

No, you are correct. They kept their starters in and kept jacking up threes. Come to Hilton, BYU.....see you there.

I’m not sure we are allowed to whine about that. We’ve played starters real late in blowouts plenty.

Tj isn't what one would call a real cerebral type of coach. He's good at yelling let's go and tearing his shirt off, but he's not going to out scheme anybody.

Disagree, I think the jury is still out. End of the day, TJ is effectively recruiting players to run his system still, but he still isn't getting enough shot makers or play makers to come play ball in Ames.
