I'm trying to keep all positive and good interaction. I haven't liked what's been posted on social media about BYU since the game Tuesday.
BYU didn't make the decision to join the Big 12 to lose. This is a big deal to us and we plan to win some games. Respect for your program but BYU wants to make a splash and compete for championship.
This is the strongest sales pitch I've heard for Utah fans. Now I want to party with them.
Having spent many years watching the Hoiberg teams always try to shoot other teams out of their gyms, beware the late-season slog of guys getting tired from this conference and sudden stretches of games where the long balls don't fall anymore.
You might think twice. Most of them smell like cheap beer and liquor all game long if they even make it to the game.
You're talking to a fan base that prides themselves on drinking cities out of Busch Light.
And those people honestly look like a hoot.
That's true and I understand. But its not like BYU is coming from Div III. The WCC isn't a cakewalk either and we had to go up against Gonzaga every year.

I have no idea what Kum & Go is and don't know know if I want to. It sounds untoward like porn or the like.

Hopefully this doesn't come across wrong, but are you active on Cougarboard.com? I can usually spot these kinds of attitudes there.
BYU is better than I expected them to be, but the Big 12 is a long season. I wouldn't be surprised if they're a top 4 team in the conference, but its very hard to win this league.

I have been on Cougarboard in the past here and there. It's not really a bad site and nothing wrong with it. Some of the fans are a little entitled and quick to judge. I like other BYU platforms better and spend more time elsewhere.
I have my own model & I do have Cougars going 12-6 actually. Things are really starting to click.
"We've already lost to two mid Big 12 teams and barely beat two others, ergo we're in line to win this league" is certainly an interesting take.
