Had team high (5) TOs in first half and (I think 7 pts). My game tracker had him at 26-mins with 13: 19 in 2nd half and finishing with 26-mins (tracker might be off).
MS is a Senior and leading B12 scorer; he's carried this team at times and came here for the opportunity to showcase his skills.
No big deal; I'm not looking for drama, but I think it's different of Coach to have him get one of his lowest minutes - when, as you pointed out, he seemed to pick it up 2nd half and was on seasonal average track. .

Shayok hit some big shots to start the second half. But I’m pretty sure that Shayok picked up his second and third foul in the middle of the second half and that is when CSP took him out. We had the lead and didn’t need to risk him getting a fourth. We continued to play well with him on the bench so there was no need to get him back in quickly. He had a really nice game after missing a couple shots early.

The fact that Prohm has won over Georges, Monté, Naz, Matt, and Deonte to the degree that he did says more about the good hands the program is in than anything else.

And Prohm acknowledged Tim Floyd being in the crowd today during his postgame radio show. His alumni weekend every summer is also well attended. He has embraced the Cyclone history and wants to put a spotlight on it.

To me, that is one of the best things he has done and the amount of time Prohm has had to put into this has to be crazy. With so many coaches and players over the last 30 years, there were a lot of players who weren't invested in the program. That Prohm cares enough to engage guys like Tinsley and Paul Shirley and Stevie Johnson and the rest of them is pretty amazing.

The alumni weekend thing seems like it is well received by just about everyone. Attendance seems to be really good. The only BB alum that I know really enjoys it and is impressed with Prohm's outreach to players from many eras.

Pretty impressive he has taken the time to reach out to so many.

Got to meet him this morning at breakfast at The Gradiate Oxford hotel.
He came over to our table and introduced himself. Said how much he liked seeing all the Cardinal and Gold again. Classy guy.

Crowd looked pretty good on TV. Are their fans pretty civil?
