Sorry to anyone who is still hanging on to Lipsey not being AT LEAST an equivalent piece to ISU vs. Hunter this year. YOU ARE WRONG.
Lipsey's a different style of player than Hunter. Personally, I'd take Lipsey's steady, game management, nifty-around-the-rim takes vs Hunter's feast-or-famine explosion. Hunter may have a higher athletic ceiling, but Lipsey has a performance higher floor.

Tamin Lipsey’s floater is a thing of beauty!! I had a Jamal Tinsley flashback there. Wow!! The kid is for real!!

TCU has tried and had a few quick run outs in the start of the second half. We know that’s what they want to do, so hopefully we contain that going forward. If they beat you in the half court in the end you just tip the cap.

This is fun.
Since I was late to this party, Ward isn't available?
Unsure. Someone at the game said that he didn’t participate or finish warm-ups. Something like that, so potential injury.

I haven't seen anyone say this.

Hunter may be a more natural "scorer" (now) but Lipsey is a better player for this team. Likely a better player period.
Hunter had a loose handle, lost a lot balls in traffic.

He didn't see the floor that well and often dribbled directly into bad spots where his loose handle got exposed.

I was a big hunter fan, but these vision and handle became very apparent very early on and never went away.

EDIT: Not great qualities to have in an undersized point guard.

Correct I think all fouls called on us have been pretty legit. But it’s damn near impossible to go through 20 minutes of basketball with today’s rule book and have only 3 fouls. There’s holding a player on every other trip down the floor and it just depends which ones they want to call. I don’t think TCU has fouled a lot but there’s been 2 or 3 since I started watching with 9 minutes to play that I can’t believe weren’t called.
the two on king were not fouls

Great defense!!! Just gotta limit those fast breaks. Offensive end might dictate that more so. Plus, Miles might try to take over all by himself. He's so good. Hoping the Clones can keep it up and stay solid.
