Very impressed we've held Tech to 1 offensive rebound. Points in the paint is an issue, though. We need to change that. If we have to depend on 3 point shots in the 2nd half, we could be in trouble.

Defensive rock fight. We're rebounding well but being careless with the ball at times, which is keeping Tech in it.

And then just checked stats at half and they already have 8 players in the book as playing in the first half. But that is on ESPN so it very well could be wrong. T. Physical. Kind of ugly. TTU is missing a bunch of guys and are offensively challenged. Both sides playing tough D. 4 3s off the bench for us.

Will not complain about 11 point lead against top 25 team at half in Hilton. especially with this years team where 11 points feels like a tougher hill to climb than recent years.

ISU has shot very quickly and imo too quickly in the shot clock ie rushing it a bit.

But still having a hard enough time finding the shot too. Good thing the 3s are falling and we'll see if they can get to the lane/free throw line.

Giving up 1 OReb and 0 second chance points is huge. Need to tighten up the defense on drives to the rim and in the paint. The way they are "shooting" threes, just pack defenders in the paint until Tech can hit a perimeter shot.

It is frustrating to see guys so timid to attack. Outside of Brockington and Hunter we haven't seen guys willing to make plays. Gabe is capable. Him figuring it out is pretty crucial to this team's ceiling

I don't think Gabe is capable against this type of defense. As soon as you put it on the floor they ar eon you
