In the dark ages of Prohm, I used to say all the time I wish we could be the bully team that killed you with offensive rebounds like Baylor used to do to us. We are finally that team
That’s because we have Chatfield and he’s going to be a first team all American this year He was absolutely incredible tonight and did what was needed when Jackson had a very bad game.

Between the bowl game Saturday, the Vikings yesterday, and tonight's game, my husband's blood pressure meds have been working overtime.

And now, I somehow need to sleep.
I hear that lots and lots and lots of sex lowers BP

Compared to CBS Sports Network this is ESPN+:

John and Eric were saying it was one of the better atmospheres they've seen in Boulder against ISU which kind of surprised me. I thought it might have sucked a little with no students and CU not expected to be all that good.
When the #3 team in the nation comes to town it is a big game.

Talking about the ENTIRE Big XII, Imagine that! For those who do not have CBSSN, it is definitely worth the extra to get it. It is high quality, and very important, as CBS is CBB. More Big XII talk tonight than I have heard in a year on other networks.
I was blown away. High level talk about Iowa state and the whole conference. Plus highlights.

WTH?

Jackson plays his ass off. He's not terribly nimble but is after it all the time. Looked tired tonight.

He wouldn't be playing if he didn't play hard.
I love Jackson’s toughness. He was just a mess tonight. I’m confident he will clean it up by Saturday for a very important top 25 matchup.

Was there with the family tonight. CU fans got quite loud when they went up or were within a bucket, but were fairly passive outside of that. Unfortunately, we let them stay close for long enough they started to build on it. Then the Cyclone fans kicked in. Chants of Cyclone Power, Defense, and Let’s Go State rang out from our corner sections. Not sure if that came through on the beoadcast.

We outlasted their best effort. Go Cyclones!

WV and Michigan St have hit the glass hard for years upon years. Izzo always, always rages about that.
I'd take that comp.

The product is so much better than anything ESPN or Fox does. Hopefully getting these Big 12 games can be another step for them to increase the visibility of the channel.

He also had some huge early buckets in the 2nd half.

Anyone that's downplaying the altitude, go walk up 1 flight of stairs in Denver and tell me how that goes for you.
They are just being contrarians to get attention. The best athletes in the United States train in the altitude and many of the best distance runners do it in Boulder. And hint….it ain’t because it is easier.

He was imposing his will at the start of the second half. You could tell the altitude was getting to him.

Calm down, he does play hard. It's not a slight on Jackson, Chatfield takes it to another level right now. I don't think Jackson is 100 percent in game shape yet either.

Martin let us incorrectly pronounce his name while he was at ISU! His kid pronounces it Ran-shiek rather than Ran-sick. 6-9 Freshman with 3 points, 2 blocks, 4 rebs in 16 minutes did his dad proud!
So that kid is Martin’s son? That’s cool. If Martin doesn’t hurt his foot that 2000 team beats Sparty and we win the natty.
