I love Milan but he's not been good at taking the open looks he gets... and is getting abused on the defensive end.
I wouldn't even be mad about struggling if the refs had a hold on the game. Everything out there is just completely discombobulated. We’ve seen 2 continuation fouls called, and I don’t know that I’ve even see that happen in any other game I’ve watched in CBB this year. Feels like I’m watching one of my kids games where I have no idea what’s getting called and what’s not.
Milan hasn’t been our best shooter in a while. He’s struggling a lot lately, Curtis Jones is who I trust to take the last shot at this point.
The continuation calls this half are ridiculous. How does that even happen?
To be clear, I don’t think the refs are the reason we’re struggling. It’s just maddening to watch a game playing out like this.
Unfortunately, he's been apart of the problem today. Passing the ball with wide open looks, then takes a shot with a guy in his face. Most of the team is struggling with the confidence to shoot today though.
That’s right, the guard play just isn’t good enough today, it hasn’t been great all around for a couple games now.

Yeah not sure i have ever seen a ref call a foul and then the offensive player take a dribble and call it a shooting foul before.
And it happened twice within like 5 minutes! I kept waiting for them to huddle up on the first.
No matter how you feel about them, these announcers have been very complimentary of ISU's squad.
I agree. Those two calls should not have been continuation. I just get tired of every game being dominated by ref talk.
Frankly, I don't expect Milan to save us today, he is a freshman and has the full attention of every team we play. Other teams are focusing on shutting him down. The guys that need to steep up right now are our 3 experienced guards, Lipsey - Gilbert - Jones. Those guys need to show poise and smarts right now.
