Jones has to go quick or kick it back out. He never scores when he’s hesitant like that
The thing is, he has never been a scorer. Why does he think that needed to change this year?
He takes it back by trying to force it every time he has the ball. He is exactly like Percy Gibson, except Percy had at least some touch.
Stop the nonsense. An ill-advised skip pass (play he should have made) followed by an easy layup he should have made.
His best play? Probably the defense where Adams (I believe) hit the fade away in the lane. But he blew a layup, an easy follow up because he has no coordination, and forced a lane shot. Just thankful KU hasnt taken advantage of him being in the game. Yet.
If he’s going to force a shot at least take it into Adams and try to get him to pick up a foul
