I hope the Big 12 reviews that and gives DM eligibility back for the first half next week. He didn’t do anything worth being ejected. In fact there looked to be more Baylor players that should have got the hook, in my opinion. Baylor is totally undisciplined. How else were the ISU players supposed to react?

Since there's a ref standing right there, the proper response is to just stand there and be mad, and let the other guy get ejected.

Look, it stinks, and it's hard to control emotions. But if 2 guys trade punches in a FB game, they're both going to get ejected (so long as both are seen). That's just how it works. Fair or not.

I’ll have to rewatch it but I did not see DM throw a punch

Look at it this way:
YOU ARE WEARING A HELMET.
YOU ARE WEARING PADS.
THERE ARE MANY REFEREES AND OFFICIALS NEARBY.
THERE ARE MANY OF YOUR OWN PLAYERS NEARBY.

So, I really don't see the need to respond. Shrug it off, walk away.

I agree on the surface but with all the chirping going on with the Baylor players I am sure some nasty things were said and it would be hard for anybody to ignore that when an all out fight erupts around you. I dont see DM doing this unless some nasty things happened / were said

That being said, I wish he would've staid cool.

Who’s side are you on?! Again, it’s near impossible to control emotions in that situation. We all can sit here and say he should have did this or that, but we all probably would have did the same. Unless we’re all pussies.

Tap the breaks. It was a mistake out of Montgomery....

Or you can just be a homer

Of course you'd be the kind of guy that would take flags and hurt the team in the process because you didn't want to look like a *****.

That has nothing to do with it. What I’m saying is in that situation you don’t think about a damn penalty or getting ejected. That does not go through your brain

I’m on the “let’s win the big 12 side” I don’t care if we win a fist fight against some terrible Baylor thug team. With everything at stake next week this is beyond dumb. Going to Dallas dec 1 is better than being called a p****
