Our poor tackling is due to poor fundamentals. Watch our linemen go after quarterbacks on the pass rush. They stand straight up and try to reach out and grab the quarterback instead of running through him. When we have a back in the backfield the only people who break down and tackle are Knott and Klein.

And the all time won/loss record for ISU vs. Bill Snyder would be??? Right now we're not a thing of beauty to watch at all, but no turnovers and no penalties, a good rb and a great qb means you'll have to earn a win.

I don't mind ISU being good as long as KSU is better. Which is the case. And besides ISU has wrestling - this is all we got.

Doubt they'll be 3rd
1. Alabama won't drop on a bye
2. Oregon is taking care of washington so far
3-5 all lost
6. South Carolina destroyed georgia. They've got the #3 spot locked up.
#7 and #8 were KSU and WVU (one in one poll, one in another). While KSU could get the #4 spot, the win over UT is a much bigger win, so i'd bet they'll get the 4 slot in one, and probably both polls. KSU will likely get the #5 spot. And then there's always the wild card... will Notre Dame move up more than they deserve or will Florida get a large bump thanks to their victory over LSU, and either pass KSU?
Jeremiah George will get a lot of playing time this week. I hope he is ready to bring it this week, lets see how far you've come young man. If he plays great I like our chances.

Gonna be tough. Klien's arm doesn't scare me at ALL. I just hope KSU doesn't pound it on us all day long.
I see where ur going with this:twitcy: but this is a power football team this week. We need strong/sure tackling and hard hits, and JGeorge can provide that.

broomy is a solid tackler. washington misses a tackle here and there but is a good tackler. same with givens. our
D is really gonna be tested next week. it's importand that our offense control the clock. TCU had the ball 15 minutes more than us today and racked up 100 yards of offense more than we did. i wasn't impressed with k-state today at all. IF our offense controls the clock, picks up first downs and puts some points on the board then we will win. getting our running game going is a must
