Seems like NDSU shot better against us than they usually do. Southern Miss fans probably happy to get rid of lakes.

Between Buffalo, NDSU, and Colorado, wonder if this is a school record for opponents with buffalo/bison nicknames?:spinny:

Grilled buffalo burgers with bleu cheese. Yummmmm.

Yeah, I have Charter, and don't subscribe to ESPNU.

Can I still get it on Watch ESPN via my laptop? Their FAQs don't appear to answer that question.
Then the answer is no. Internet providers can give you access to ESPN3 on WatchESPN, but it's the cable/sat providers that give access to the premium channels ESPN/ESPN2/ESPNU etc. on WatchESPN. The good news is that if your internet provider gives you access to ESPN3, you can watch the replay of the game almost immediately following the game even if it was on ESPN1/2/U.

They are a pretty small team that has really struggled shooting the ball so far this year. They are 4-4 with no good wins and no really bad losses, although they did lose at home to a St Bonaventure team that is outside the top 100. Sagarin has them at #173, a bit worse than Va Tech or NDSU, a bit better than Drake.

They have two freshman posts (6'8" and a 6'10") that basically play half the game each, everyone else is 6'6" or shorter. 6'5" senior Rodell Wigginton (#20) is probably their best player, averaging 11 and 7 a game. They have a So PG (#1 Lamonte Bearden) who leads them in scoring at just over 13, along with 2.8 assists. He also gets to the line the most. They play 8 players between 16 and 27 minutes, so they don't really have a go to player.

They generally don't shoot many 3s and are shooting <30% on the ones they do shoot. They are also shooting only 42% on 2s. Outside of horrid shooting, they are middle of the NCAA pack in almost everything else - rebounding, turnovers, FTs, etc. They are very low on assists/FGs, which probably means a lot of one-on-one offense. Something we've been good at forcing teams into.

Kenpom has us winning by 18, Sagarin has us by 21 or 22.
I can also add to this that I flew on the same plane as them into Des Moines yesterday morning. It was a small aircraft that the Iowa Energy team was on as well. The tall guys are probably mad because they didn't have any leg room. I overheard that they were staying at Best Western on University which means that didn't get a luxurious stay. Also, one of the assistants took the afternoon flight because this one was full and he got a $400 credit for switching.

Great info, I'd just add that nearly half of their offense comes from their bench. They are very balanced.

Sometimes that's a sign your sstarters aren't very good. See Hawkeye talk about all their depth last year.

Buffalo has more turnovers than assists as a team (92/98).

Watching OU play I just got the thought us, KU, and OU all splitting with each other in the regular season, and all tying for the conference title.
