We'd be young but big, lots of potential for the future with those two. JRod would be a nice piece while they grow.
The day we can for sure say that again can't come soon enough if you ask me. Not sure we'll ever surpass Niang/McKay/Hogue trio again for 3 front court players at the same time.
CyclonesTV had the '04 Virginia game on last night. I would kill to have Jared Homan on this team.
I hadn't seen that game from start to finish since that night. Man that was a fun game. The Stinson to Blalock to Clark fast break is probably the greatest fast break in ISU history.

Read the one article on him. Sounds like he wants to play fairly close to home, since he helps take care of his family. Don't imagine Iowa is close enough to Florida, is it? Ugh.
It's encouraging to hear praise by the national guys like Corey Evans. I wonder what's up with this guy's lack of offers?
Maybe he's projected to have qualification problems. I think he's from overseas.
If proximity to Florida is important to him, we have as good of a shot as any of those schools except Georgia. Hopefully he doesnt want to play at a ****** SEC school and go to 0 NCAA tourneys in his four years
Trivia: That's the school / gym that hosted the 2015 Thanksgiving tourney that ISU won (wins over VaTech and Illinois). The UAB fans were obnoxious.
I hope we can get a JUCO big with some skills next year.
Almost anything you find on Yetna has the words "high motor" and "hard worker" attached to his name. It seems like he's impressed the staff enough recently that they were willing to change their recruiting strategy to offer (original plan seemed to be Stokes or no more high school guys). He definitely seems a bit raw but a guy like that would be a great addition to the program.

Wonder if they are waiting on offering a JUCO until the see more of what will be available for grad transfers? Seems like there a couple good JUCO prospects they are recruiting.
The available Juco players will pretty much be gone by the time the grad transfer market shows itself.
I think you have to take any Juco players you want first, and then fill in with a grad transfer if available.
Yeah true. I suppose they just don't feel comfortable yet offering any of the JUCOs they are recruiting.
