Thankfully the Cubs have the kind of depth that just laughs at injuries to non pitchers. Everyone was wondering how Happ and Almora would get enough ABs and filling in for a couple injuries may be the answer.

They’ve been batting Happ a lot at lead off and he’s been performing. Wonder if that will be that way opening day or not.

Schwarber being back to his old hitting self is as good as any top FA signing. Him being slimmer and quicker and a better defender is even better.
Thanks for answering my question before I asked it. I was going to ask if he had slimmed down. That video sure made me think that he had.

Hes been working hard all offseason, and stopped eating taco bell and mcdonalds.
