Does Wally need to go too? The defense was just as bad or worse. Nobody could make a tackle. Tulsa must have broken a Liberty Bowl record for rushing. And don't forget all of the defense's personal foul penalties once again. No discipline.

Rhoads may have to clean house?

I think this is necessary.

I think you are a ******* idiot and clearly don't understand the game of football.

Not his fault the OL can't block, the DL can't get pressure, the WR's can't get separation, the D can't tackle, the QB's have no accuracy, and of course, stupid personal fouls.

Felt that way at the time. Haven't seen anything to prove me wrong all year. We need a new OC and a new system.
We need to forget the grate spread offense and go to a pro set offense.....At this point of Rhoads career he has nothing to lose because I can see the football program going nowhere with this stuipid spread offense.

I am so tired of ISUs inability to have a decent offense. We have the running backs, line and Wide receivers. But our coaching staff continues to under develop QBs. SR and JB have there heads screwed up. That's happening in practice. Not in games. When they aren't the starter and come in they play great, then get the starting job and they start second guessing themselves.

Also I thought we were going to be a running team. Which is what we need to be. Bend but don't break defenses don't fair very well with 3 and out offenses. We need a change in philosophy. Just hope CPR has the guts to make the changes necessary. We have wasted possibly our best defense ever.

Where are those mystery players at?

Well the only good thing about this game is that the coaches will no longer have the option of playing Steele Jantz, no matter how much of a boner they have from him due to his elite practicing skills.

If you can spell his name right, I might start listening.

First meeting back in Ames should be a week-long look at the offense. Call in some consultants, sacrifice a goat, pull on some magic undies. Whatever it takes.

have a feeling Mess will stay, similar to Iowa's situation. Even though it's a 99.99% chance Mess won't improve the offense before he does go.

Invoke the ghost of Jack Trice to inspire the players. Why did we look better before the wvu Game?

This team needs to find something to do on offense and do it well. It seems the offense game plan now is lets do a bunch of stuff and make it hard for the other team to make a game plan for it. Run the ball stright ahead or run the zone read, stop tring to do both. Throw a bunch of quick passes or throw 10 yard slants, dont do both. Sometimes less is better.

My only hope is Rhoads is as aggressive with his staff as he is with fake punts, onside kicks, etc. There is no way Rhoads could convince me or anyone that Mess improved the offense.
