Upset State of Mind!

I said earlier in the year we will upset some people, our chances are running out.

Has anyone heard any updates on JVB? I heard he made the trip, but no word on whether or not he'll dress, let alone play.
If he can go tonight, I wonder if it's worth a try to have him come off the bench as a change of pace scorer. Maybe he can get a few quick open looks from the perimeter before Texas makes the necessary defensive adjustments. With the freshmen "bigs" playing so well right now, why not keep them in the starting lienup?

If you mean "upset" as in "beating a top team in the nation," then our chances run out tonight, because we don't have any more left.

This part is painful, but if you mean "upset" as in "beat a team higher in the standings than we are," we don't run out of those until the end of the season, even if we do the 14-game winning streak.

They were 7 point underdogs against Texas. Not sure about when we played them I assume they were favored in Lincoln.

According to a manager for the team Jamie will not play tonight. That's all I was allowed to know? Hope it helps

Thats too bad. My guess is we are saving him, try to make a run in the Big 12 tourney. Its a long shot but its our only chance we are already ALL IN! I think our Freshman play has made the decision a bit easier as well.

ISU always seems to play Texas pretty competitively. The last lopsided win was that Big Monday game in Hilton about 5 years ago or so.
