How about Johnson and Johnson? Huh? Huh?

Actually, a lot of freshmen played well. Anyone know the status of Kennard Banks?

Did anyone else notice how much the FSC announcers changed their tune about Bates in the second half?

Yeah, I was talking to my wife about that. "You've got to find a place for him."

I'm glad I'm not the coaching staff, if they are intent on finding one QB for the team. AA looked good in the passer role, seemed to take charge of the team a little better, imo. But Dang, can PB make some plays or what. He's got some nice moves with the ball. And I'm not sure that at any other position he has those. I think it's the QB position that allows him to use those tools.

I don't know, I think I'd give the lead to AA after this game, but again, I'm glad I dont' have to make that call.

I totally agree. I don't see one ahead of the other after this game.

That was very fun for the first game. I just wish I would have been there in person but rain can cause havoc on the work schedule sometimes.

I just wanted everyone to know that I was that guy tonight, in my own home with my hawkeye wife wearing her hawkeye gear.

Giving the shirt a little luck, I know it means nothing in the grand scheme of things in the Big 12 but in my household it means a year of me not listening to that BS.

I was that guy in his apartment making burgers on his george foreman, watching the game over the internet, drinking beer and talking about the game with his buddies over on an AIM chat room...
