That last drive had nothing to do with ISU losing. Texas made the plays and won the game. Defense was in good position, the offensive players just made incredible plays.

You are so wrong. Losing programs have a linebacker chasing their best WR in man coverage with the game on the line. That was pathetic.

I'm done with CPR,..................done

You must have missed tonight's game. CPR's team went toe to toe with Texas in Austen and our offense was finally clicking against a good Texas defense. It was a really ****** ending, but CPR's team fought hard and I feel good about the rest of the season (and the future of this program). Wish you'd have seen it.

Dear Dan McCarney,
recruiting 5'8" corners may be adequate for Conference USA or the MAC....but you are playing in the Big12. Your defensive backs must be taller than most 7th graders. I hope if you coach into the 21st century or your successors in coaching at iowa state will embrace getting taller corners and coaching these atheletes up.
thanks.

Sometimes I hate our fans. I am sure all of you who are ****** and done with them, predicted a loss and when they lose you act like its a shock. Sam became a better qb today.

I'm a mixture of several emotions right now. From an amazing high to a sad low in 35 seconds of game time. Unreal that we let that Texas Offense score 41 points.

I saw a defense that played a bizarre man to man scheme with no safety help over the top in a tie game in the final 20 seconds with the opposing team deep in their own territory. Loss is 100% on the defensive staff, I can't fault Brackens for missing that coverage, he should have never been in that position in the first place.

Credit to the offense, they answered the bell at every opportunity, but the defensive staff should take a long look at this one...

I've thought Sam has been outstanding in pretty much every game this year minus possibly North Dakota State. Today we saw what can happen when you add a running game to complement the passing game. Kudos to the offensive line. Another tough injury on the defensive line though. Could explain the lack of defense. We were much better when we were bringing pressure.

Yeah I think it's a classless thing to say. Especially for a guy who never played when he was here.
And being a moron troll for judging a player and a game on ONE play. Brackins never should have been put in the position to cover Shipley 1:1. Never.

I've been off the forums because I was streaming. Are we freaking out or not freaking out? I need to decide whether to get another beer or not.

Being that close makes it worse.

More beer is always correct.

Good for freaking out and good for celebrations. When in doubt, more beer.
