Apparently they're part of the Big 12 officiating pool. Which, by now, should surprise no one.

The sack was within 10 yards of the line of scrimmage and made by the DE coming for the right side during the 2nd quarter. This actually constitutes illegal use of hands and a 10 yd penalty will be marched off against ISU.
