We need to follow up after the OU win with another solid performance. We have usually done just the opposite after a solid win and have stunk the joint up. Better not be a Texas Tech revisit!!

I'm looking forward to seeing how KSU plays us. I expected the typical difficult matchup inside in the first game, but they decided to go small and play four guards for much of the game. Obviously didn't work out too well for them in Ames, so we'll see if they change their strategy today.

The first Kstate game was called very close by the refs, either team could have pulled away if they had made FT's, that will be huge again. Even though its a different coach, KState still has Frank Martin's physical mentality. Rodriguez was a non factor thanks to fouls last game, let's hope we can get one of their stars in trouble again and use our depth to pull away, like last time. Having Bubu won't hurt in that regard.

So far Medcalf isn't doing well with his predictions as Wisconsin beat Michigan and Missouri has a sizeable lead over Mississippi.

I think it will be a close game, potentially one of those overtime games. Picking the Cyclones in a "hum dinger!" 82-80.

Too bad that I won't be able to watch it. Working Patrol at the Iowa State Fairgrounds for Bacon Fest. :(

I don't necessarily have a great feeling about this one, but I'm not nervous either. In the end this game won't be a season breaker, but it has a chance to be a season maker. Not a whole lot to lose, but a whole lot to gain. Go take it fellas!

When it comes down to it Iowa State is better than K-State. Winning on the road today would prove we are more than capable of winning the B12. I think it's crucial Niang doesn't get into foul trouble.

This is it men. Our last chance to get a "quality win" on the road. LET'S DO THIS!!!!
and as always... Go CYCLONES!!!!

Baylor and ou would be quality.

I'm going to guess that in my 30 years of living we haven't beaten many top 15 teams on the road. Here's to a great game

Agreed w/ earlier post... lots of upside (potentially even a top 25) w/ a win today, not a ton of downside as our tournament resume would remain still "safely average". That said, I'd hate to see us end up as an 8/9 seed in the tourney again this year. These guys are primed to breakthrough!

Clayton Custer tweeted that he'll be at the game repping the cardinal and gold.

Exactly, way more to gain than lose with this one. But if OU hangs on, this one is HUGE!

Knowing our luck if we had an 8 or 9 seed we'd end up playing in Miami if we won
