This is the old Iowa State. I'm pretty disappointed in the effort out there by the QBs today and our apparent inability to put together an offensive drive after the first scripted in the game is really sad.

Seeing Nealy out there making an effort and showing his displeasure is encouraging and discouraging at the same time.

No, it's only encouraging. Nothing discouraging about it at all. He should be ticked off. He wants to win and wants a chance to make a play, but his QB throws a 5 yd pass into the dirt in front of him.

SJ looks like he has no confidence - this QB competition and switching QBs is catching up with CPR.

yeah, love PR but he has handled this very poorly. Now we have two headcases playing QB.

Iowa 2009, Utah 2010, Missouri 2011, and now OSU 2012 as the annual crap the bed performance of the year. Good news is we usually bounce back later in the season.

You can add Texas A&M 2009, Oklahoma 2010, Iowa 2010, and Texas 2011. Seems to happen more than once a year.

You keep saying this and it freaks me out. I have to go ahead and assume that we won't win a single Big XII game next year, then, if that's the case.

Here is from CW article after Tech
Rhoads on redshirt freshman Sam Richardson
“He is where we want him to be for being a redshirt freshman in the program who has played one series of football late in a game and led us to a touchdown. He is behind two other guys who have won a lot of football games at this level.â€￾

This is not that - an off day out of control. The offense is what it is today. It's not going to get better. This is what this team is this year. Great D, terrible O.

That's something Barnett can't do to save his life.

Barnett is just so limited. and it is really obvious. Maybe we could beat Kansas, other than that, no idea how we would ever score enough to win.
