Did the boys “compete” today? That’s all that we can really ask for.
"Compete the right way for 40 minutes" is what you meant lol I cant help but laugh at the clown show pressers anymore.

Some teams close strong, we fold strong.

How many times is that now where the largest lead of the game comes in the final minute? No mental toughness, no sense of urgency, no difference makers.

Honestly there are a few nice pieces for the next coach but honestly there needs to be a 80-90% turnover to the next staff as the culture of losing has completely embedded itself in many of these players.

Prohm is about 20% on his evaluation of transfer portal talent. For every one guy he’s brought in that provided valuable minutes, there are 4 others that absolutely shouldn’t be playing in the Power 5. His ability to evaluate high school talent is much better.....almost too good.

Watching ISU basketball right now is like watching a couple before they go through a divorce, everyone around them knows this is not going to work out for anyone, but the couple still puts on their best face out in public and tries to pretend that they are going to make it.

Time to pull the plug, and go one without each other. Both Prohm and ISU will be better off for it.

I tuned in with about 2 1/2 minutes left. Johnson...."Air Ball".........Harris......"an airball"....... Heft and Walters didn't seem to even be phased by it.

I think Jamie needs to make a public statement. Basically saying we will be moving on from Prohm once the season concludes, but will stay on till that point.

Sort of like he did with Paul Rhoads after the KSU game? I don't think you gain much from doing that and I always think that is a slap in the face to the coach.
