Actually, I think if you listen to him you can start to kind of feel him out. Like there's a difference with how he talked after last week and how he did this week.
I really get tired of these stupid “it’s rigged” posts. Ridiculous.
Did not expect Purdy to be the biggest letdown on the team this season. He somehow lost any scrambling ability, got much slower and has a weaker arm than his underclassmen years.
To be fair, they are better than the half the posts on this thread. I'd rather have a common enemy than people bashing our own players.
I don't know. I may have the schemes reversed, but that's what it looks like to me. Whatever the scheme is we're running with the O-line: it's not really working IMO...
There's scrambling and then there's not even getting to scramble because the Oline is so bad.
He's been about the same as any other year. Actually higher completion % and 2nd best rating.

Did Campbell address the two forward passes that put us in a 2nd and 24 before halftime? OU forced the fumble right after that. ISU was dominating the 1st half but went down 14-7 at halftime. That was one of those moments we seem to have in every close loss.
Yeah I don't know the nuances of what they're doing and how it all goes but they look like they're trying to go toe to toe and it doesn't fit.
Zone iirc allows for a bit more to happen, maybe even more useful for picking up blitzes.
Wasn't there another weird play on that drive prior?
ISU needed to just get downhill and at least get to field goal range.
Jason Witten had a pretty good career! I hope Charlie does well in the NFL! I think he will. Same with Breece, Mike and Will and some others?
Maybe that is the next thing we can look forward to, the Draft. And to some some of our guys getting drafted high, getting drafted period, and do well in the NFL.
Two more games left. I know this team will finish strong.
Both teams played hard. Purdy was scrambling the whole game. It stinks ISU came up short again. Hopefully they finish the regular season with a win. 7-5 is way below expectations but still way better than 6-6.
I only have one comment to add about the game today that probably hasn’t already been mentioned.
Today was a rough day, but viewing the season as a whole all of us still have one thing in common:
Whether you are curled up in the fetal position, or rampaging through the house like a bezerker breaking things and frightening the dog, or doing your best to outwardly show dignity in the face of defeat, we are still here. Still online and still invested until the bitter end.
Think about all the fans who left CF after the Baylor loss because a CFP season was now off the table.
Screw those people.

Despite the loss, today was a great day to be a Cyclone. Congrats to the cross country team on their second place finish at nationals!
