What they should have said was "Baylor's going to make ISU take another snap. ISU has had some issues controlling snaps earlier in the year."

I think it was to force us to run on 3rd instead of taking a shot. If he doesnt call a TO we could bleed the clock down to 3 or 4 seconds and then bomb one downfield as time expires.

Not a totally bad call to use the TO before half.
