have you paused your adblocker and refreshed? Ran into this with the vball games. Just unblocking on that page didn't work, had to pause.

After I log in, when I click on the now playing thing it says this is premium content and I need to subscribe. No, I don't. I know other people had issues with neulion, but I never had the issue that it didn't realize I had already subscribed

So it turned out it never renewed when they switched over from neulion. My bad.

I did email the support folks and they ran through some troubleshooting with me, eventually it started to work but they did mention that the West coast was having issues that they were working on to resolve. Their support was pretty quick on emailing me with some basic troubleshooting.
