The QBs are making excellent use of timeouts in the first half, and on the road. Those are drive savers.
Our offense is showing some gumption here in the 2nd quarter. I'd rate our OL play between serviceable and good.

Put in Lanning - behind center - push forward 4 straight times (1 of those times HAS to be successful, right!?).

Run plays straight up the gut, either short handoff or Lanning plunge. At worst, ISU doesn't score and OU offense is pinned at goal line. TD is crucial here.
If Park is out and Zeb is worse than Kempt, it should be Lanning starting. Him and DM could be a good comb for our Oline. Just don't have him throw back shoulder fades
