How many other teams would have so many fans that can't wait to get rid of their leading scorer, their 2nd leading rebounder, and a guy who's almost certain to be the conference newcomer of the year?

My point was you just described everything about Clyburn...hes a terrible defender, can't handle the ball, and takes some aweful shot at times..Allen atleast showed effort and you know he cared, Clyburn looks like he could fall asleep at point during the game
Saw this turd coming a mile away. Kind of like the Tulsa bowl game. I was hoping all the optimists who thought we would come out mad from the KU loss were going to be right.......but no, reality is different. Passivity breeds passivity. Fred and the coaching staff were much too passive in letting KU call thier own fouls, the babb floor foul, the Ejim phantom calls, and of course the crap in the last minute. This team just mailed it in today.
I hope everyone got to see the video clip of Johnson giving Self the game ball for his 500th win before thier West Virginia game. Soak it in. watch the smuggness and arrogance more than once, replay it. We will be the 1990 cyclones without the entertainment value of Coach Orr until someone fights back.
Our team has whiffed on the court today, but what also disturbs me is that KU and the referees seem to be winning the PR battle......the buzz of them blantantly stealing that game has settled down to anything from a sigh to our own GSB and pretentious segments of our own community apologizing for our school and team.

I'd love to see a chart of how many teams are above their average efficiency against Iowa State's defense. I expect them to score above their average due to how fast we want to play but I wonder if the efficiency suggests our defense sucks as much as I think it does.
Well, put a cork in this one. ISU is going to have to learn to shoot the ball outside of Hilton if they want to do anything.
I'm not sure how staying at roughly 8-12 point deficit throughout the 2nd half is challenging a team.
