My guess is that ISU's game was going to start either at 4 p.m. or 30 minutes after the UNI-Iowa game, which ever came later. UNI kept fouling for some stupid reason long after the game was decided so it got over close to 3:40 p.m. instead of 3:30 p.m. as the organizers were planning on.
